Elixir Software Group, Inc. today announces InFocus Pro 3.0.0, an update to their popular productivity app for iOS devices. Completely integrated, InFocus Pro serves as an all-in-one organizer that contains a Calendar, Checklist, To-Do list, Projects, and Notes modules. In addition to several modifications for iOS 7, the update includes the ability to add a background image to the Calendar and set a custom blur. Users can also hide and/or add calendars, add more tabs, and sort the tab order.

Completely integrated, a user can create a project in the Checklist module and InFocus Pro will add it in the Projects module.
The Checklist is a to-do style checklist with a simplified entry. Users finger drag down to create a new blank entry. Reminder alerts and the percentage of the checklist task completed can be set. Checklist items can be shared via email and a Search feature allows users to quickly access their lists.
InFocus Pro has a structured To-Do module that features tabs for better organization. The update allows the user to add more tabs and to sort the tab order. InFocus Pro also includes the ability to set a start/end date for tasks, track the percentage completed, set two different alerts, prioritize and star tasks. The interface also tracks which to-dos are overdue and displays the tasks according to due date. Tasks are organized by priority and can be shared via email. There is also a text-to-voice feature. When activated, a voice will narrate the date and announce which tasks are due on that day.
InFocus Pro has a Notes module that stores notes as text, a sketch, or a photo image that can be taken or imported from the user's photo library. There is also the option to add a handwritten Sticky note. The Handwriting feature provides further customization of text color, a preview function, and the ability to autoscroll while writing. In addition to notes, users can handwrite their events, appointments, tasks or other entries.
The final Project module helps users organize and manage projects. Within each project, subfolders, notes, and to-do tasks can be added. Users can also set the project's priority and color code their project folders. The Search feature and ability to forward to email is also available.

Users can select either Classic Calendar or or the new Photo Calendar. With Photo Calendar, users can add a background photo from their photo library or select from 21 different wallpapers and customize the blur. The photo background is the size of the whole screen and can be pinched to modify. The Calendar module also syncs with iCal and has four different views: List, Day, Week, and Month. Calendars also can be added and/or hidden in InFocus Pro.
